Office Assistant/Receptionist

Sugar City is looking to hire a part-time office assistant/receptionist to stand in for the clerk or the deputy clerk as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Customer service abilities

  • No weekends
  • Open to applicants w/o a college diploma
Duties Include:
  • Provides customer service by answering telephones and greeting walk-in customers, providing information, answering inquiries (records requests, etc.) and directing inquires to the appropriate city department
  • Take utility payments, business license fees and park reservation fees
  • Issue dog licenses and collect licensing fees
  • Make park reservations
