REXBURG/SUGAR CITY TETON DAM MARATHON:
(1) The route through Sugar City: west from the Teton Cemetery on 3rd South, north on Digger Drive past the high school, west on Center Street to South Teton, around the corner of Heritage Park and south on South Teton to the Moody highway. (2) The race will begin at the dam site on June 12 at 6:30 a.m., with runners beginning to arrive in Sugar City shortly after 8:00 a.m.
(3) All are invited to Heritage Park to cheer
the runners, enjoy American flags, free treats, and music.
(4) Volunteers are needed along the
marathon route from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m, organized by Paul Jeppson.
TREE INVENTORY: On June 14 and 15, the Tree and Beautification Committee will inventory trees on city property. People you see looking at trees in the alleys and near your yard are conducting this inventory.
