NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL USE PERMIT
- SUNPRO CORPORATION APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR CORE FACILITY CONSTRUCTION
-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that public hearings will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. before the Sugar City Planning and Zoning Commission at Sugar City Hall, located at 10 East Center Street, Sugar City, Idaho, regarding construction of commercial facilities supporting several core functions of the Sunpro Corporation. This property includes the entire parcel north of the new Junior High building up to and fronting State Highway 33.
- Project description: Construction of core facilities supporting a building and lumber division, truss manufacturing and sales division, millwork and doors division, and development of a rail spur and southern access road (6th North Street.)
More information, including a detailed site plan is available for public inspection at Sugar City Hall during regular business hours.
At such hearings the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to the application for a special use permit on the property.
Written comment will be accepted no later than May 13th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at Sugar City Hall located at 10 East Center, Sugar City, Idaho 83448.
The public is invited to attend and public comment is encouraged. Individual planning commission members, city councilors or the mayor should not be contacted outside the hearing process in order to respect the rights of all who have an interest. If special access needs are required to attend the hearings, please call Sugar City Hall at least 48 hours in advance of the hearings.
