NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. before the City of Sugar City Planning and Zoning Commission at City Hall, located at 10 E. Center Street, Sugar City, Idaho, regarding:
- Special Use Permit Application for Teton Island Properties (Ancient Grains) to build a Light Manufacturing Facility for grain related products on the former Moody Creek Produce Site. The property is located at 545 N. 7th E., parcel # RPS6N40E041813. The property is 12.61 Acres.
Information related to the hearing will be available for public inspection at Sugar City Hall during regular business hours. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to the hearing. Written comment will be accepted no later than Friday, May 31, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at Sugar City Hall, located at 10 E. Center Street, Sugar City, Idaho, 83448.
The public is invited to attend and public comment is encouraged. If special access needs are required to attend the hearings, please call City Hall at least 48 hours in advance of the hearings.
