WELCOME LETTER

You will need to fill out the top portion of the “New Customer Set Up Form” don’t worry about the account number, we will fill that out. Then you need to sign the “Utility Service Agreement.” This means you agree to pay your utility payment before the 25th of each month, if you don’t you are subject to a late fee and/or having your water shut off. Please review the “Welcome letter” as it contains important information. After you have filled out the papers you can drop them off at city hall Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, or call (208) 356-7561 and we will give you an email address to send them to.
