EASTER EGG HUNT: Please note
that the Easter egg hunt will be at 9 a.m. NOT 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Smith Park. Ages one to ten.
CITY FLOWER FUND: Thanks to all who have donated to the city flower fund. This is a reminder for others to get their donations in soon.
2010 CENSUS: The 2010 Census has arrived! Turn in your Census form now if you haven’t already done so. It takes only 10 minutes, and has just 10 questions. The Census is required by the Constitution and is central to our American democracy – ensuring a government of the people, by the people and for the people. An accurate Census count helps Idaho get its fair share of federal funding and political representation. Remember – each person matters. Census is safe, important and easy. We also have accepted the challenge from St. Anthony and Ashton to see
which city can generate the highest percentage of census returns. Send in your form.
ARBOR DAY OBSERVANCE: April 30, 2010. 10:00 a.m., Smith Park; tree planting 1:00 p.m. Central Elementary School; assembly Kershaw and Junior High Schools; project on tree types in Sugar City; blue spruce seedlings for school children. (Tree & Beautification Committee)
DOG CONTROL ORDINANCE: A new dog control ordinance (Ordinance No. 288) was passed on February 25, 2010. Resolution 2010-3 was passed on March 11, 2010, which sets new fees for violations of said Ordinance 288. See copy of Resolution 2010-3 on the back of this letter.

THIRD SOUTH: Property owners/residents along Third South are encouraged to attend city council on Thursday, April 22, 2010, to discuss ongoing problems relating to street location. Individual letters will be sent to each property owner prior to said meeting.
