New Customer Form
Please fill out within 1-2 business days of moving in
This form is for New Sugar City Residents. After filling out this form, please give us a few days to send you an email with your new account number. Then you can set up an Xpress Bill Pay Account to be able to view/pay bills online.
Sugar City Utilities provide Water, Sewer, and Garbage services. Please print out the (4) forms below. Please fill out the New Utility Customer & Utility Service Agreement, sign and email back to clerk@sugarcityidaho.gov, we will then set up your account once we have both forms returned. You can also bring into City Hall.
