    Dear Sugar City Residents:

    Dear Sugar City Residents:

    HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

     HATS OFF TO OUR HEROS!

Former Mayer Glenn Dalling will be honored as the Grand Marshal  in the 4th of July parade!

JULY CELEBRATIONS: During the month of

July we celebrate Independence Day. May we

ever be grateful for the gift of freedom we enjoy

in the United States of America and those who

have given so much service for this cause – and

especially those who have given the ultimate

sacrifice. May we also remember the pioneers

who planned this city, including the laying out of

the streets, planning trees, and solving the

many other problems that go with developing a

city. We encourage each family to spend a few

moments on the 4th & 25th to encourage

    appropriate appreciation and celebration.

CITY RIGHT OF WAYS: Encroaching on gas pipeline easement or right of-way inhibits the course of excavation, surveying the pipeline, and  performing routine maintenance. In order to perform these critical  activities, out maintenance personnel must be able to access the entire  easement or right-of-way, as provided in negotiated easement  agreements with property owners. Please respect the easement or right of-way by not placing obstructions or encroachments within the right-of way.

    BREAKFAST:

SUGAR CITY CEMETERY: Those visiting the Sugar Salem Moody  SATURDAY JULY 25,

Cemetery will need to enter and exit through the south entrance. The

    FROM 6:30 A.M. TO 10 A.M.

west entrance is closed due to the installation of a new sprinkler system.

The entire project may take a year to complete. We are sorry for any  AT HERITAGE PARK.

inconvenience. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE OVER ANY PIPES and use   only those roads without pipes crossing them. The system costs about  $16,000 and we hope visitors will use every precaution to avoid any damage.

FLOWERS! Thanks to all those who have contributed to our flower fund! The beautiful flowers provide a visual living sign  of welcome to our city. We are still in need of donations. If you haven’t already done so, please include your $5 donation  in an envelope marked FLOWER FUND with this month’s utility payment. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
