NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING REQUESTS FOR
ANNEXATION AND ZONING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that public hearings will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. before the Sugar City Planning and Zoning Commission at Sugar City Hall, located at 10 East Center Street, Sugar City, Idaho, regarding the following Annexation Request Applications:
The following parcels have requested annexation into the city of Sugar City and request the city to consider the listed zoning for their respective parcels upon annexation;

Requested zoning for the properties is: RC=Regional Commercial and R1=Single Family Residential,
and R2=Medium Density Residential. More information is available for public inspection at Sugar City
Hall during regular business hours.
At such hearings, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to the public hearings. Written comments will be accepted no later than
November 9, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. at Sugar City Hall located at 10 East Center, Sugar City, Idaho
83448.
The public is invited to attend and public comment is encouraged. Individual planning commission
members, city councilors or the mayor should not be contacted outside of the hearing process in order
to respect the rights of all interested parties. If special access needs are required to attend the hearings,
please call Sugar City Hall at least 48 hours in advance of the hearings.
